We are the women of Ukraine.

This war first came to our home in 2014. Back then, each of us helped any way we could: one would drive the elderly, women and children out of areas under fire, another would gather and distribute humanitarian aid, yet another would provide psychological assistance and so much else.
Already back then we understood that a Woman never makes it out of war without trauma and pain, even if she wasn’t physically wounded.
Then, on February 24, 2022, all of Ukraine came under fire, massive fire. As a result, there are millions of refugees, fear, pain, despair. 

 

We, 10 women leaders from Ukraine and growing, joined forces: with our teams, with our resources, with our agency. We joined our efforts for more effective work. We became part of this war, we, too, suffered by it, but we continue to fight for every woman, for every child who turn to us for help.
